| Description | Process for manufacturing of ELISA method suitable for the clinical study of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in various samples (including tissues, environmental samples, etc.) is described. ELISA kit employing anti-PAH antibodies as well as PAH-bioconjugates was tested according to their ability to analyze DNA adducts in the real samples. Its a manufacturing process. |
