| Description | The contribution deals with two current issues which are related to the Aarhus Convention. The first issue concerns the recent judgment of the Court ruling about direct effect of the Aarhus Convention in European Union Law. In the second part of the contribution the attention to communication concerning the Czech Republic in the compliance mechanism is paid. |
