| Description | Application of molecular-genetic methods in anthropology is beneficial especially for sex determination in children skeletal remains, incomplete skeletal remains (without skull and pelvis) and also fragmented skeletal remains. In these cases is the traditional morphologic and morphometric sex determination considerably problematic. Application of molecular-genetic methods seems to be suitable approach for obtaining new data about historic population. |
