| Description | The article deals with a sight of ownership structure of corporation and its insertion onto business framework. It identifies status of company owners within the frame of ownership structure compared to other structures of company. It devotes to impact of ownership structure with its objectives to overall business focus and determining corporate objectives at different levels. The article further deals with definition of term business competitiveness from perspective of ownership structure of corporation as well as from aspect of company’s market position and business performance. It outlines a sight of corporation and its competitiveness from business owners’ point of view, namely the ownership structure point of view on the one hand, and from the corporation as the integral unit point of view on the other hand. In that way the article accentuates differences in such approach to term of competitiveness. |
