| Description | The article deals with the theory of the firm and identifying reasons for foundation of the firm and its existence. It brings the resume of theoretical concepts about theory of the firm from different points of view. It also discusses these concepts in few concrete applicable examples. Next part of the article deals with the comparison of hiring employees on the one hand and the making contract with the sole trader instead on the other hand. It discuses transaction cost and uncertainty connected with this dilemma. Statistical data about economic subject of ČR and SR are used to illustrate the topic better. |
