| Description | The text deals with the contemporary competition law from the economic perspective. It is focused on the problem of uncertainty of the legal rules which are inseparably connected with the usage of certain economical doctrine, when this economical theory is however not specified and described. In the following chapter the author introduces some basic elements of the modern economic antitrust conception based on new institutional economics and emphasizing dynamic aspects of the competition. |
