Citation
Description This chapter focuses on the issues of development in early adolescence. The text focuses on the specifics of individual development in different areas (such as physical development, development thinking and development of social relationships). Our intention was to present the early period of adolescence in the context of psychological theories, with an overarching concept, the concept of developmental cascades , which allows to describe the specifics of individual development, its dynamics and its peculiarities with respect to context effects, interactions and their specific environments. In the text are presented some results of the longitudinal survey on the population of Czech children in this period, with an emphasis on experience and reflection on educational influence of parents (with fears, perceived parenting style).
