| Description | The conference paper is a follow-up to the conference organized two years ago. It deals with existing legal regulation of subscribed capital in czech law, describes the influence which the Second council directive had on the czech legal regulation and draws attention to reformatory efforts within the EU. Its essential goal is exploring the alternativ way of protection of creditors, if the subscribed capital theory should be abandoned and if other ways of representation of economical situation of business companies should break through. |
