Description The aim of the study was the analysis of the grup of men with coronary heart disease was divided into two groups according to the physical fitness. Our results shown a positive effect 12-week combined training on som of fitness parameters. The results a statistically significant improvement of hemodynamic parameters related to fitness levels especially in the group of men with lower initial performance, in patients with higher initial performance it was not observe a statistically significant increase in performance or capacity of the transport oxygen systém. For both groups of patients but we have found a subjectively perceived improvement in quality of life. In the group with lower initial performance in all parts of the questionnaire werw improved in the group with higher performance only in parts of the evaluation frequency of use of nitroglycerin, the subjective perception of quality of treatment and perception of life with the disease. We have shown that although cardiovascular training can bring improvement in subjectively perceived quality of life.
