| Description | This article deals with some aspects of house arrest which is one of possible alternatives of the unsuspended sentence of imprisonment in the Czech system of punishments. It is aimed at problems connected with this punishment and its execution first of all, also from the point of view of amendment to the Criminal Code which has introduced significant changes of the house arrest. |
