| Description | Antonín Svoboda with his team studied instruction networks already in the early 1950s. This notion, basically interchangeable with the currently common word 'program', was used in Czechoslovakia until mid-1960s. The contribution deals with the impact of the development of programming techniques abroad on the development of programming in Czechoslovakia. It is a result of analysis and comparison of archival sources and published sources from the 1950s and 1960s. |
