| Description | - The ability of spatial reasoning is mostly assessed using traditional paper and pencil tests or using computerized adaptations of these tests using basically unmodified original test items. Although direct transfer into the computerized version brings benefits both to the tester and the test-taker, the full spectrum of computer technology potentials remains unused. This potential use so called innovative items which are based on multi-medial capabilities of modern computers. The aim of this study is to present variations of basic types of spatial reasoning items in an innovative way. Principles of these variations and their advantages for psychological testing will be discussed. |
