| Description | This article is devoted to the problems of concluding of contracts (agreements), in the first place the economic-Iegal problems. It does so because due to the provisions of par. 763 of Commercial Code some relations established according to Economic Code are still judged, as well as some such disputes. Even comparing this regulation with later regulations offers a comparative view of the development of legal regulation. The author further pays attention to the commercial-law problems, which are relevant now and should remain relevant until 31. 12. 2013. Agreements concluded in this period will be judged according to the currently existing regulation even after the effect of the new Civil Code. In the final part the author pays attention to the legal regulation under the new Civil Code, which is to come in effect on 1. 1. 2014. It is important to be prepared in time for the new regulation, which in this issue does not folIow up the existing regulation. |
