| Description | Evolution of the Czech criminal science in last 150 years is characterised by several historical jumps. After Austrian-Hungarian State based on influence of Hungarian and Austrian law is coming effort to create new Czechoslovakian criminal-law school. This effort reflected contemporary modern evolution of criminal science especially in Germany and France. The attempts to set up codified substantive and procedure law was not succesfull. After 1948 is coming period influenced by Soviet legal science with some deviations (1968). After 1989 is visible influence of western legal science and democratisation. |
