| Description | Act on Criminal Liability on Legal Persons is divided to substantive and procedural parts. Besides substantive part is procedure quite complicated. In spite of subsidiary role of Criminal Procedure Code the new act statutes some specific instruments and procedural tools to enable proceedings the same way with specific aspects based on nature of legal persons. The part of them could be diversions that within the principle of subsidiary role of criminal repression could be applied more often than for natural persons. The article is stressing advantages and disadvantages of diversions. |
