| Description | This paper summarizes the main results of the research conducted within the Research Centre for the Competitiveness of the Czech Economy at the Faculty of Economics and Administration at Masaryk University, which dealt with the character of the subsidiaries of multinational companies in the Czech Republic. The research focuses primarily on relations between a headquarters and a local subsidiary. |
