| Description | In 1920 a comprehensive reform of the public administration had been prepared. One of it's parts was the reform of administrative justice. Newly the administrative justice was to be performed by Chambers consisting of officials and elected representatives of citizens. The paper analyzes the law nr. 126/1920 Coll. It deals with the composition of the Chambers, the voting of the representatives and the scope of cases decided by those chambers. For several reasons (mainly of political nature) was the public administration reform never implemented. Therefore the assessment is only briefly, since no information is available on the practical functioning of these institutions. |
