| Description | Although the concept of legal relationship is not used in public law (waste legislation is part of public law), it is appropriate to consider if animal is an object of legal relationship in waste legislation. This paper tries to answer this question. Special attention is given to the analysis of the situations, where the substance is waste and animal by-product at the same time. On the contrary the analysis of relevant legislation is only brief. |
