Enrolment is a confirmation of your intention to study at Masaryk University. Once enrolled, you officially become a university student. Your enrolment date and additional information will be sent to you by registered mail. Enrolment generally takes place in the faculty building.
Please bring the following:
- valid national identity card or passport
- notarized copy of your secondary school report card, to be included in your personal file
- in case your report card has been issued abroad and unless your international agreement stipulates otherwise, you must submit a Decision on the Recognition of International Education, issued by the education division of the relevant regional authority in the Czech Republic. Graduates of Slovak secondary schools are not required to submit the Decision.

At enrolment, you will be required to stand for a photograph for your student identity card (ISIC card) and you will receive essential information on working with the MU Information System. In case you are unable to attend enrolment in person, you must provide power of attorney to an alternate in writing. It is, however, not necessary to provide a notarized signature.
