What is the purpose of the Student Identity Card?
A student ID card is like an ID card at the university. It is valid only inside the university. You may be asked to show it, for example, at an exam. It entitles you to access to the canteen, the University-wide computer room, the libraries and other places on campus.

Your student identity card has the following functions:
• student identification and MU affiliation,
• access to buildings and classrooms,
• access to university computer rooms,
• access to libraries and library services,
• access to copy and print services in libraries and computer rooms,
• access to catering services in university canteens.
Your card is valid for the entire duration of your active studies at MU. Should you return after a period of interrupted or terminated studies, card validity will be automatically restored.
