Elena Conti is director and scientific member at the Max Planck Institute of Biochemistry, Martinsried/Munich (Germany) and honorary professor at the Ludwig Maximilian University, Munich (Germany). Her group has a long-standing interest in RNA metabolism, with a particular focus on the molecular mechanisms of eukaryotic RNA transport and degradation.
