The proposed project aims at investigation of novel paramagnetic coordination molecules derived from clinically tested Ru(III) based metallodrug KP1019. We are planning to shed light on binding properties of such systems with macrocyclic carriers (cyclodextrins, cucurbiturils). The effect of structure of different chemical anchors installed on Ru core, type of carrier and solution on the mode and stability of inclusion complex will be analysed by using solution NMR spectroscopy, ITC and interpreted with help of quantum chemical calculations.
