Doxorubicin and liposomal doxorubicin affect microRNA expression in rat right ventricles

| Popis | In order to better understand the acute effects of doxorubicin (DOX) and liposomal DOX on the heart, analysis of 4 selected microRNAs (miR-208a/146a/216b/let-7g) that may be involved in DOX-induced cardiotoxicity was performed, both in the left and right ventricles of the Wistar rat exposed to one dose of DOX/liposomal DOX. This acute administration of mentioned drugs affects stightly expression of selected microRNAs, especially in right ventricle. |
