| Popis | Paper discusses the possibility to bare non-explainable AI from deployment in certain services requiring higher transparency. Paper argues that in spite of claiming that regulation should be 'technology neutral', regulating specific technology differently in different contexts may yield desirable regulatory outcomes. |
