| Popis | High usage levels of substances such as alcohol, tobacco and some others are highly problematic not only in adults, but especially in children. Early risk substance use can lead to health and social problems during the whole life. The society's tolerance to the use of these substances in our area is higher than in other developed countries. Additionally, the price of alcohol is very low and these problematic substances are highly available. This mix of conditions represents a great risk for young people in the Czech republic. This paper compares the usage level of risk substances such as tobacco, alcohol or other substances among 9th grade pupils in Prague and Brno with regard to the type of built-up area around their school and home. |
