| Popis | In the present study were analyzed the translations of the novel "Chronicle of a Death Foretold" by García Márquez to Czech and Slovak, with special emphasis on the translation of culturemas and following the theoretical proposals of Molina Martínez and Marco Borillo. A comparative analysis was carried out in order to observe how the two translators proceeded in each case, which strategies predominated in their respective translations and to what extent they intervened in the image of the original culture presented in the text. |
