• Popis: Next-generation sequencing (NGS) is currently one of the fastest de-veloping technologies in medicine and other biological fields. NGS sample prepa-ration by hybridization (so-called “capture-based” NGS) is technically simple ap-proach and has more universal usage than amplicon-based methods. Nevertheless, for many diagnosticians, analysis of NGS data is still a challenge. Therefore, in co-operation with a private company HPST, s.r.o., we aim to create an easy-to-use web-based bioinformatics tool for analysis and visualization of data from NGS panel currently under our implementation for mutation screening in lymphoid malignan-cies.
