| Popis | In the Czech Republic, direct entry in the commercial register by notaries is established practice. In Austria, this legal institution has already found its way into the 2017 - 2022 government program. However, in the German-speaking world, there has been no detailed discussion of the legal basis for direct registration in the commercial register. This gap is closed by this book. Based on the Czech experience, this book deals with the possibility of introducing such an institution into Austrian commercial register law. The article Direct entries by the notary in the public registers in the Czech Republic deals with the possibilities and limits of transferring Czech legislation and Czech experience with the Commercial Register and the Land Registry to the Austrian law. |
