| Popis | This dissertation explores great-grandparenthood and family practices in four-generation families. Drawing on Morgan’s (2011) concept of family practices, it examines how everyday interactions, emotions, and meanings shape intergenerational relationships. Using qualitative methodology and in-depth interviews with members of four-generation families, the study aims to understand the meaning and role of great-grandparenting and how it contributes to the transmission of values, care, and continuity within families. The research provides new insights into the dynamics of intergenerational ties and changing family roles in contemporary society. |
