| Popis | This simulation-based workshop focuses on strengthening leadership and team performance in challenging and unexpected clinical situations. Through several fast-paced scenarios, participants will practice decision-making, communication, coordination, and resource management under time pressure. The cases have been developed in collaboration with highly experienced professionals from the field. Before the scenarios, participants will have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the equipment. Each simulation will be followed by a structured debriefing to reflect on performance, identify strengths and areas for improvement, and translate key lessons into everyday clinical practice. The workshop is suitable for nurses, physicians, and students working in both in-hospital and out-of-hospital settings. |
