| Popis | The chapter is focused on the relationship of Jan Kotěra to the architecture of previous periods, not only historical but also historicizing, and on the basis of Kotěra's own texts and works it tries to show that Kotěra as an architect and creator followed an "evolutionary" rather than a "revolutionary" path, although the existing literature often claims the opposite on the basis of "myths" created during his lifetime among Kotěra's admirers. |
