| Popis | This chapter examines a collection of correspondence (dispatches) written by Mantuan ambassadors at the court of Emperor Sigismund. After introducing the sources and the individual diplomats, the author gradually analyses the image of the Sovereign, his court, and the rituals and ceremonies performed there. |
