| Popis | Project-based education promotes comprehensive development for students and future science teachers by integrating different learning areas into thematic units. This method connects theory and practice, enhancing key competencies, critical thinking, collaboration, and creativity. It motivates students by linking practice with the learning environment. The article presents the successful application of project-based learning in the education of chemistry teacher students at the Faculty of Education of Masaryk University in Brno (CZ), analyses pedagogical approaches and discusses challenges and solutions for the implementation of project-based learning and integrated thematic teaching at a university with a teaching focus and at other levels of education in the Czech Republic. |
