| Popis | The work deals with sample injection in capillary electrochromatography especially in a heart-cut regime. This principle is implemented in an automated microgradient system. The key parameters which influence the function of heart-cut splitter are characterised. Function of system is demonstrated on isocratic and gradient electrochromatography. |
