| Popis | The article analyses Mexican parliamentary elections in July 2009. Detailed description of the electoral system, the brief context of revolutionary comeback of PRI as a most powerful party and the geographical redistribution of support are provided in the text. There is also identified new phenomenon in the electoral process which refers to the increase of voting against all, the blank vote (voto en blanco). |
