• Popis: The main aims of this study were to analyse global miRNAs expression profiles in the clinical samples of rectal tumors from preoperative diagnostic biopsies and to identify miRNAs allowing identification of responders and non-responders to the neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy in rectal cancer.
