| Popis | The purpose of our paper is to review shortly the current methods for preserving fertility in young women suffering from cancer. Our preliminary ultrastructural study shows that the method of cryopreservation of human ovarian tissue causes minimal structural changes in primordial and primary ovarian follicles. |
