The survey Satisfaction of Foreign Academics and Researchers with MU Services 2018 was designed to gather feedback on the quality of university HR services among the foreign employees of MU (citizens of the Slovak Republic were excluded). The survey was carried out in the autumn of 2018. A total of 114 academics and researchers (who had any type of an employment contract at Masaryk University between 1st January 2018 and 31st August 2018) participated in the survey.
The survey collected feedback on the following:
- Reasons for selecting MU
- Evaluation of employment at MU and satisfaction with care and services provided during employment at MU
- Informedness and access to information, evaluation of existing information channels
- Impression of the teaching and R&D areas at MU
- Recommendations for MU as an employer and partner
