Seven Years in Chile: The Accomplishments and Goals of Czech Astronomers at ESO
April of 2014 will mark seven years since the Czech Republic formally joined
the European Southern Observatory. This workshop is dedicated to the research
achievements and exciting new opportunities at the European Southern Observatory
(ESO) in the light of this milestone. It will include presentations by invited
speakers from ESO and it will also provide an opportunity for Czech astronomers
to exchange ideas with Czech and ESO colleagues. We especially encourage students
and early-career researchers to participate.
