The paper deals with the concept of inclusion in the theory and practice of the primary schools. The author presents theoretical concepts of inclusive education, educational conditions and strategies in relation to the quality of school. The result of the theoretical, content analysis and empiric research is model of The quality of the inclusive school in relation to context factors and the system of student support of an inclusive school with the criteria assessing the quality of inclusion in practice. The analysis of the conditions of inclusive education is followed by qualitative empirical research in the form of a case study. The aim is to get an insight into the concept of inclusion of a chosen primary school.
