ELFday: E-learning meeting at Gorkého 7
The E-learning Office at Faculty of Arts, Masaryk University, invites all people interested in teaching and learning with the use of modern technologies to the next e-learning meeting ELFday to be held on Tuesday, February 10, 2015 in the J building (Gorkého 7 / Jaselská 18). The whole-day programme will offer lectures of invited guests, presentations on interested projects held by teachers and students of the Faculty of Arts, Masaryk University and workshops on teaching tools and technologies (MOOCs, LinkedIn, digital badges, Quizlet, Voki, Explain Everything with the possibility to borrow iPads).
The meeting will be held in a brand new teaching laboratory J21, the place itself will, therefore, represent an interesting experience for the participants (it is the very first teaching room fully equipped for teaching via mobile technologies). This time, the motto of the meeting is "creativity and self-reliance". Lectures and workshops are suitable not only for teachers but also for students who may get new information on the forms of self-study within the framework of MOOC courses and on the possibilities of presentation of their academic work.
