Invitation for the lecture of proffesor Leigh Robinsos: Current problems of sport nad sport management.

Professor Leigh Robinson, Head of the School of Sport, The University of Stirling, Scotland’s University for Sporting Excellence


With a Master’s degree and a PhD from Loughborough University, Leigh is an expert in organisational performance management and investigates the principles of management that make sport organisations more effective. She has an international reputation for her research into the capacity of Olympic sport organisations and has a specialist research profile in the area of the effectiveness of National Federations and National Olympic Committees in developing sport systems. She works extensively with Olympic sport organisations throughout the world and since 2004 has been an advisor to the Olympic Solidarity Commission of the International Olympic Committee on their two global Sports Administration Programmes.
