The objective of the project is to conclude the research in Brno municipal law, and to publish a book on the above legal system which had a remarkable impact on the development of municipal law in Bohemia. The book will consist of five sections: Law Form ation, Municipal System of Government, Private Law, Penal Law, Law of Procedure.
