| Description | Parental responsibilities and maintenance duty are two separate fields of relations between parents and children. The inherence of the first one does not imply the inherence of the latter and vice versa. Nevertheless, they can concur. This paper deals with the possibility of limitation of the maintenance duty for the educational purposes and with the possibility of limitation or deprivation of parental responsibilities as a result of failing the parental maintenance duty. |
