| Description | This article deals with the topic of so called distinguishing clause. It is a possible part of collective agreement used to distinguish the employees, who will participate on the benefits from collective agreement. This article deals with the relevance of this clause for collective bargaining system and from the view of its importance as a solution of the topic of plurality of collective agreements. |
