| Description | This article summarizes the legal background of court fees from 1850 up to now. Then some unclear and problematic issues connected with the contemporary legislation (act no. 549/1991 Coll.) in relation to the civil proceedings are mentioned – exemption from court fees, assessment of court fees, withdrawn cases and their influence on the court fee obligation, refund of court fees. |
