Description The Treaty of Naturalization between the United States and Czechoslovakia was concluded at the U.S. initiative and is one of 26 such treaties concluded by the U.S. in 1928. The Czechoslovakia entered into the treaty in order to, inter alia, prevent its nationals from temporarily emigrating to the United States in order to avoid military duty.
