| Description | Commercial agency is one of relatively stable legal instruments of the commercial law. Despite of that fact, it is a field which has not been closely analysed, yet. Many issues remain unclear such as so important ones as the full delimitation of the commercial agency contracts. Thus, the aim of the paper is — in the form of opening of possible thinking outlines — to closely analyse following issues: the relationship of the Czech and EU legal bases of commercial agency, to deal with legal bodies in the agent position, and to point the snag of the indecency (self-employment) of the agent, subsequently. |
