| Description | Author of this paper aims to analyze and compare the definition of trade in the Czech Republic and Poland, as one of the basic and most common ways of conducting business in both countries. In the first part, author defines the sources of legislation, trade and commercial activities such as both countries surveyed. Next author deals with the comparison and description of the fundamental requirements contained in the definition of trade in the Czech legal order with the definition of "działalność gospodarcza" in Polish legislation. Author focuses on the differences and problematic points compared both jurisdictions on this issue. |
