| Description | This essay deals with the legal regulation of parental responsibility in the new Czech Civil Code (No. 89/2012 Col.). It focuses before all on the changes of the new legal regulation as well as the case law of the Supreme Court that can be used also in relation to the new legal regulation. The aim of this essay is to answer the question whether some considerable changes can be expected compared to the regulation of Family Code (No. 94/1963 Col.). |
